Yes, you can start with a 30-day free trial of Sessions Health. No credit card is required, making it easy to explore the full platform, including the integrated telehealth and insurance features, before upgrading.

Sessions Health offers a free plan for up to 3 active clients, making it one of the few free mental health EHR options available. When your practice grows beyond 3 active clients, you you’ll be upgraded from the Freemium plan to our Professional plan, which starts at $39/month for the first practitioner, to unlock unlimited clients. You can still choose to use the integrated telehealth platform and submit insurance claims electronically, for an additional cost, while on the Freemium plan.

The base subscription includes the full HIPAA-compliant EHR: scheduling, documentation, online payments, client portal, billing tools, unlimited clients, unlimited storage, secure messaging, assessments, and reporting. Only optional add-ons carry extra fees.
